Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Seattle is seeking a Systems/BizOps engineer to own tools, workflows, and automations for GTM teams. This hands-on role collaborates with Sales, SDR, CS, and RevOps to identify bottlenecks and deliver scalable solutions, including AI-enabled tooling.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Systems, BizOps, TechOps, or related technical operations.
• Familiarity with GTM tooling such as Salesforce, Nooks, Outreach, Gong, Vitally, Sierra.
• Experience leading tools end-to-end from evaluation through training.
• Working proficiency in JavaScript, Python, SQL, and APIs.
• Comfort working with data to inform decisions and present recommendations.
• Interest or experience embedding AI/LLM capabilities into tooling and workflows.
• Strong ownership mentality: scope loosely defined problems and drive to shipped solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and balance priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain tooling, integrations, and automations that increase GTM efficiency.
• Partner with Sales, SDR, CS, and RevOps to identify bottlenecks and translate into technical solutions.
• Work across GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Nooks, Outreach, Gong, Vitally, Sierra) to improve tooling.
• Analyze GTM data to surface insights and make data-backed recommendations to leadership.
• Embed AI/LLM capabilities into existing tools and workflows with guidance from senior members.
• Own and deliver moderately scoped projects end-to-end from framing to launch.
• Manage relationships with multiple GTM stakeholders; mentor junior ICs as they ramp up.
• Contribute to team quality by writing clean code and maintaining technical hygiene.
