Job summary

Motive is seeking a GTM AI Engineer to join the AI Operations team. You will own the development of internal AI tools, agents, and full stack applications used by Motive's 2500+ GTM team members across SMB to Strategic segments.

You will prototype, beta test, and scale solutions, collaborating with product managers and enterprise systems teams to securely integrate data sources. You will balance performance with token costs and stay current on LLM advancements.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI fundamentals including context windows, token consumption, and compute costs.
• Experience with prompt engineering for complex tasks and leveraging foundational models via APIs.
• Familiarity with API usage, scripting, SQL/SOQL, and Python fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Own the full stack development cycle for prototyping, beta testing, and production maintenance of internal AI tools.
• Build complex agents using Glean and N8N and develop workflows and full stack apps with Cursor.
• Collaborate with product managers to integrate key data sources securely and ensure UX is accessible to non-technical users.
• Manage cost envelopes for production use cases and evaluate different LLM models to balance performance and cost.
• Create and maintain documentation and train end-users on launched tools.
• Stay up-to-date on advancements in LLMs and agentic orchestration.
