Job summary

Motive is seeking a GTM AI Engineer to lead internal AI tool development for the AI Operations team. You will own prototyping, production scaling, beta testing with end users, and ongoing maintenance of agents and full-stack applications used by Motive's GTM teams.

The role requires strong AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, API usage, and experience with tools like Glean, N8N, Cursor, and Google Cloud. You’ll balance performance and cost while driving adoption across business units.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI fundamentals (context windows, token usage, compute costs).
• Experience with prompt engineering for complex tasks.
• Knowledge of API usage, scripting, SQL/SOQL, and Python.
• Familiarity with LLMs and agent orchestration.
• Ability to prototype and scale internal AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full stack development cycle for internal AI tools—from prototyping to production.
• Build complex agents using Glean and N8N; develop workflows and full stack apps with Cursor and Google Cloud.
• Test internally against external vendors to validate efficacy.
• Collaborate with product managers to integrate data sources securely in Motive's governance.
• Ensure UX best practices and accessibility for non-technical users.
• Manage cost envelopes for production use cases and balance model performance with costs.
• Create documentation and train end-users on launched tools.
• Stay current with advances in LLMs and agent orchestration.
