Job summary

Demodesk is seeking an internship in GTM engineering focused on building automated prospecting workflows and AI agents. You will work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and engineering, connecting CRM systems, enrichment tools, and outbound platforms to move pipeline.

You will experiment with AI tools and wire data between systems, delivering production-ready automations while learning from GTM and engineering leadership. This paid internship offers real ownership from week one.

Qualifications

• AI-native mindset: use LLMs daily to build things.
• Familiarity with APIs and scripting (Python/JavaScript).
• Interest in B2B customer acquisition, sales, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Build automated prospecting workflows: account research, lead enrichment, signal detection, outreach personalization.
• Create AI agents on the Demodesk AI Crew platform and connect to the GTM stack.
• Wire integrations between CRM, enrichment tools, and outbound platforms via APIs, Make, and scripts.
• Run growth experiments end-to-end: hypothesis, build, launch, measure, iterate.
