Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking an experienced First-Line Leader to guide the Courseware Design & Instruction team within the Government Training Engineering organization. You will lead a cross-functional group of pilots, maintenance SMEs, instructional designers, and graphics professionals to develop training modules for Navy, Air Force, and international customers.

You will manage plans, budgets, schedules, and provider relationships while driving process improvements and workforce development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional courseware teams delivering training products.
• Ability to translate SOWs into executable plans, schedules, and pricing.
• Experience with Earned Value and program control practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary courseware team for design, development, validation, and delivery of training products.
• Oversee project performance including cost, quality, and schedule reporting.
• Translate contractual requirements into executable plans and deliverables.
• Maintain integrated schedules to support timely courseware delivery.
• Manage risks, issues, and opportunities; ensure compliance with policies.
