Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Courseware Content Specialist to lead development, sustainment, and improvement of courseware aligned with regulatory standards. You will be the technical expert ensuring materials meet project scope, budget, and timelines while supporting instructor training for new content.

The role requires 5+ years in courseware with 3+ years as an instructor, plus proficiency in interpreting aviation data and OEM publications.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in courseware or related field, with 3+ years as an instructor
  • Experience interpreting aviation data for content development
  • Familiarity with FAA/EASA regulatory guidelines and ongoing updates

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements new courseware and maintains existing courseware ensuring end user objectives are met
  • Interprets aviation data and applies to content development
  • Constructs courseware in compliance with FAA/EASA guidelines
  • Supports regulatory evaluations including OEM reviews
  • Assists with new program standups and training needs analysis
  • Resolves courseware errata within designated timelines
  • Evaluates products and feedback after end user testing
  • Reads OEM engineering docs and recommends updates
  • Drives courseware best practices per FlightSafety standards
  • Travels as needed
