Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2–5 years of relevant experience or commensurate experience.
• Clearance Required: Secret.
• Experience in instructional systems design, curriculum development, or training development.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into effective learning solutions.
• Strong writing, editing, and storyboard-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end instructional design activities with Government SMEs to transform technical information into structured content.
• Develop, review, and map learning objectives to training requirements.
• Write clear instructional scripts for web-based training.
• Create detailed storyboards including content, interactions, graphics, and assessments.
• Coordinate with multimedia developers to ensure NAVEDTRA compliance.
