JOB SUMMARY:
Performs semi-automatic/automatic Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) operations on a line of standard and repetitive parts.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with minimum of six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read English and understand sketches, routings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with employees and other Company stakeholders.
Requires ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide decimals and fractions.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
