Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, machining or related field preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and interpret layouts.
• Willingness to learn broaching processes and advanced manufacturing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Detroit Chain, LaPointe, and Forst broaching machines with tooling installation and alignment.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality to ensure efficiency.
• Inspect components with precision gauges to verify specifications.
• Make mechanical adjustments to feeds, strokes, and setups for accuracy.
• Operate forklifts and cranes safely to move components and tooling.
