Job summary

Learning Care Group in Michigan is seeking a GSRP Aide to support Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing children for Kindergarten and beyond, within a safe, engaging classroom environment.

A high school diploma or GED is required; a passion for helping children, dependability, energy, and a collaborative spirit are essential. The role involves indoor/outdoor activity with children and adherence to health and safety guidelines.

The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan’s state-funded, nationally recognized Pre‑K program for 4-year-olds. As a GSRP Aide, you will support the Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing children for Kindergarten and beyond by helping create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.

As a GSRP Aide, you will:

• Support classroom routines and help with daily activities, meals, and transitions.
• Follow licensing, grant, and center guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all children.
