Learning Care is seeking a GSRP Aide to support Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing 4-year-olds for Kindergarten. You will help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment while following licensing and center guidelines.

You bring a high school diploma or GED (early childhood coursework or experience preferred), a passion for helping children learn, dependability, energy, and a collaborative spirit.

The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan's state-funded, nationally recognized Pre-K program for 4-year-olds. As a GSRP Aide, you will support the Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing children for Kindergarten and beyond by helping create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.

As a GSRP Aide, you will:
