Learning Care is seeking a GSRP Aide in Michigan to support Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing children for Kindergarten and beyond. You will help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork and dependable, energetic participation in daily activities with children, in a supportive center setting that protects health and safety.

Qualifications

The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan’s state-funded, nationally recognized Pre-K program for 4-year-olds. As a GSRP Aide, you will support the Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing children for Kindergarten and beyond by helping create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.

As a GSRP Aide, you will:

• Support classroom routines and help with daily activities, meals, and transitions.
• Follow licensing, grant, and center guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all children.
