Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a dedicated GSRP Aide in Michigan to support Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing children for Kindergarten. The role focuses on creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment for 4-year-olds.

You will assist with routines, activities, and transitions, while following health and safety guidelines and maintaining a clean space. This entry-level position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a passion for helping children learn.

The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan’s state-funded, nationally recognized Pre-K program for 4-year-olds. As a GSRP Aide, you will support the Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing children for Kindergarten and beyond by helping create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.

As a GSRP Aide, you will:
