Learning Care is hiring a GSRP Aide to support Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing 4‑year‑old students for Kindergarten. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, engaging classroom and assisting with daily activities in Michigan’s state‑funded program.

You will help with routines, safety, and learning activities; the position emphasizes dependability, energy, and a collaborative spirit suitable for indoor/outdoor activities with children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; early childhood coursework or experience preferred.

The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan’s state‑funded, nationally recognized Pre‑K program for 4‑year‑olds. As a GSRP Aide, you will support the Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing children for Kindergarten and beyond by helping create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.

As a GSRP Aide, you will:

• Support classroom routines and help with daily activities, meals, and transitions.
• Follow licensing, grant, and center guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all children.
• Assist with classroom setup, organization, and maintaining a clean learning space.
• Build positive relationships with children and help implement fun, age‑appropriate activities.
