Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a GSRP Aide in Michigan to support Lead and Associate Teachers, help create a safe, engaging classroom, and contribute to Kindergarten readiness. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and hands-on activity with young children.

You'll assist with routines, meals, transitions, and age-appropriate activities, follow licensing guidelines, maintain a clean space, and build positive relationships.

The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan’s state‑funded, nationally recognized Pre‑K program for 4‑year‑olds. As a GSRP Aide, you will support the Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing children for Kindergarten and beyond by helping create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.

As a GSRP Aide, you will:
