Job summary

Learning Care Group in Grand Rapids Charter Township seeks a GSRP Associate Teacher to join a caring community dedicated to supporting children and families. The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan's state-funded, nationally recognized, Pre-K program for 4-year-old children. We’re looking for a GSRP Associate Teacher to support a high-quality, play-based classroom that prepares children for kindergarten and beyond.

As an Associate Teacher, you’ll:

• Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing daily lessons using an approved GSRP curriculum
• Assist in observing and assessing children’s development using approved tools
• Help maintain a safe, engaging, and organized classroom
