Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred with progressive experience
• 1–2 years CCTV/control room security experience required
• New Jersey SORA license active
• Shift work experience in a 24-hour operation
• Typing skills required
• Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Monitor for threats, incidents, and trends that impact client security and operations
• Produce detailed incident and activity reports with escalation when needed
• Coordinate with security guards and police details as required
• Respond to alarms, access control events, and emergencies
• Collaborate with risk functions to document policies and controls
• Assist in security projects involving technology and identification systems
