Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services is seeking a GSOC Operator for the MaRC. You will monitor cameras and alarms, dispatch responders, and communicate events to leadership per established protocols. This role supports multiple sites, including headquarters and field teams, during crisis or non-crisis incidents.

The position is full-time, in-office, with an overnight shift (11pm–7am) and weekend work. A high school diploma and security experience are required, with benefits including medical,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years' experience in law enforcement, security, or the military.
• 3 years' experience controlling cameras, responding to alarms, or dispatching.
• Ability to identify problems and apply security procedures.
• Initiative to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good independent judgment and discretion.
• Excellent oral and written communication; read security logs and post orders.
• English language fluency (read/write/speak).

Responsibilities

• Answer routine and emergency calls and monitor alarms, video, and access control.
• Dispatch security officers, emergency teams, police, fire, and EMS as required.
• Communicate information using established channels to partners.
• Escalate complaints and critical event information to leadership.
• Report missing or inoperative equipment and systems.
• Respond to customer maintenance requests and ensure policy compliance.
• Document detailed records of activities and communications during shifts.
