Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services is seeking a GSOC Operator for the MaRC to monitor cameras, alarms, and access systems, dispatch responders, and support headquarters and field teams. The role requires strong decision-making, incident communication, and adherence to client protocols.

Hourly pay is $18.50 with a hybrid shift (7pm-3am). Full-time, in-office with weekend work; mandatory training is 8:00am-4:00pm for two weeks. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in law enforcement, security, military, or emergency dispatching.
• At least 2 years of experience controlling cameras and responding to alarms; 1 year in a security setting.
• Ability to identify problems, apply security procedures, and execute them.
• Strong initiative with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated independent judgment and discretion.
• Excellent spoken and written English; ability to interpret security logs and post orders.

Responsibilities

• Answer routine and emergency calls and monitor alarms, video, and access control per protocol.
• Dispatch security officers, emergency responders, and police as required via phone or email.
• Communicate information to partners using approved channels.
• Escalate critical information to supervisors and leadership as directed.
• Document and maintain detailed records of shift activities and communications.
