GSOC Operator at MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas monitors and analyzes information from security teams, law enforcement, and public sources to support informed decision-making and crisis communications. You will gather data, assess threats, and provide timely recommendations to leadership, contributing to the safety and success of our guests and team

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of prior relevant experience in Security or related fields.
• Strong research skills using databases and social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present to diverse audiences.
• Able to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support Protective Risk Assessment by collecting/analyzing information from security teams, law enforcement, public sources, and social media.
• Review security incident reports to identify trends and inform leadership.
• Provide assessments and recommendations to property/department leadership using critical thinking.
• Create tailored crisis communications from security and other sources.
• Collaborate with Corporate Security Officers, Investigators, and Senior Security Management on sensitive matters.
