Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking experienced GSOC Operators to support growing security operations and management advancement opportunities. You will help ensure the safety of principals, monitor cameras and alarms, and enforce SOPs while maintaining detailed incident logs.

Candidates should have GSOC experience, the ability to work under pressure, and strong IT skills. Florida D license and independence are required in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• GSOC related security experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Proactive problem solver with the capability to work independently.
• Good understanding of security camera systems, smartphones, communications, and collaboration apps.
• Must have Florida D license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, alarm monitoring platforms, and multi-screen operating environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall safety and security of designated principals and their properties.
• Monitoring of multiple security systems for various properties to include alarms and cameras, and competence to identify and properly act on security risks
• Controlling access to properties and maintenance of security logs for guests, service personnel, and vendors
• Successful execution of existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Completing security incident reports and planning/execution of risk assessment projects
• Demonstrate proficiency in use and proper maintenance for all equipment used in support of the protective operations program (i.e. CCTV, Computers and Communications devices, MS office, etc.)
• Frequent sitting and/or standing.
