Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in security, dispatch, or customer service preferred.

• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor security systems and access control, video, and intrusion platforms.
• Acknowledge, assess, and prioritize daily security alerts and alarms.
• Administer and troubleshoot security systems and report issues.
• Dispatch security officers and personnel in response to alarms or events.
• Log all security events, actions, and outcomes in the incident management system.
• Answer inbound calls from employees and security personnel with professional, customer-service responses.
• Triage incoming service and support calls and redirect as needed.
