Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• 4 years of experience in law enforcement, intelligence, or a military role or equivalent private sector experience.
• Experience with security technologies including CCTV, Access Control, and Incident Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for incident management, response and support. Manage sensitive, escalated, high priority tasks.
• Provide escalation support for GSOC vendor operators and for the network of Global Security Service Centers.
• Collect, evaluate, elevate and disseminate intelligence to support action plans based on credibility and likelihood.
• Provide intelligence support to GSRS in incident response, crisis management and global travel management. Create GSOC incident reports.
• Provide global coverage when needed and supervisor backup on shift when available.
