Google is seeking a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Supervisor in the United States to lead shift-level threat triage, incidents, and crisis management. You will supervise quality control for GSOC output, coordinate with OSTs and leadership, and drive proactive risk reduction while upholding confidentiality and customer service.
Compensation includes $128,000 to $187,000 per year, plus a 15% bonus target, equity and benefits.
Security is at the core of Google's design and development process: it is built into the DNA of our products. The same is true of our offices. You're an expert who shares our seriousness about security and our commitment to confidentiality. You'll collaborate with our Facilities Management team to create innovative security strategies, investigate breaches and create risk assessment plans for the future. You believe that providing effective security doesn't come at the expense of customer service - you will be our bodyguard (and our long lost pal).
As a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Supervisor, you will lead operational shifts and manage initial quality control for GSOC output. You will bridge the gap between OSTs and leadership, managing high-priority incidents, evaluating threat intelligence, and ensuring seamless response and shift supervision.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
