Job summary

TorchStone Global is seeking a full-time, embedded GSOC Intelligence Analyst for its security operations center in New York. The role is in-person, 24/7/365, focusing on intelligence management, incident detection, and rapid response to threats affecting staff, properties, or operations worldwide.

You will coordinate with client security teams, produce urgent communications, and generate regular intelligence products for leadership, with shift handovers ensuring continuity across all hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence, Homeland Security, or Security Management.
• Minimum 2 years’ threat intelligence analysis in GSOC or related team.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Strong research and writing skills, including BLUF-style briefs under time pressure.
• Ability to work 24/7 shifts, including overnights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume data signals and produce reports with a clear security imperative.
• Continuously monitor open-source intelligence, threat-alerting platforms, and travel risk feeds.
• Triage and classify incidents using the client’s severity framework and distribute to stakeholders.
• Draft and disseminate notifications to inform staff of emerging security situations.
• Maintain real-time situational awareness for crisis management and leadership.
• Produce recurring intelligence products: daily briefs, weekly bullets, monthly outlook.
