Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a Government Security Operations Center (GSOC) Communications Systems Operator Liaison to support the Executive Airlift Communications Network (EACN) at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland.

The CSO Liaison provides in-flight incident support and expert guidance on Mission Communications Systems aboard executive aircraft, requiring on-site presence in a 24/7/365 mission essential environment.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance at time of award.
• Subject-matter expertise in the Mission Communications Systems of relevant aircraft.
• Ability to provide on-site support at Joint Base Andrews, MD, in a 24/7/365 operation.
• DoDM 8140.03 IA baseline certification requirements for contractor personnel.

Responsibilities

• Track and assist Executive Aircraft in flight with communications issues and respond to incident calls.
• Support communications trend analysis.
• Use Command and Control tools and chat software (e.g., Mattermost) to support aircraft in flight.
• Advise GSOC leadership on operation of Mission Communications Systems aboard executive aircraft.
• Provide expert troubleshooting guidance to onboard Communications Systems Operators during anomalies and outages.
• Review web-based SATCOM flight-monitoring tools and recommend improvements.

Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a Government Security Operations Center (GSOC) Communications Systems Operator (CSO) Liaison to support our proposal effort for the Executive Airlift Communications Network (EACN) at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland.

Position Overview:

The GSOC CSO Liaison supports Executive Aircraft in flight by assisting with communications incidents and providing expert guidance on aircraft Mission Communications Systems. This mission essential, on-site function requires 24-hour coverage every day of the year.

Job Duties:

• Track and assist Executive Aircraft in flight with communications issues and respond to incident calls.
• Support communications trend analysis.
• Use Command and Control tools and chat software, such as Mattermost, to support aircraft in flight.
• Advise GSOC leadership on the operation of Mission Communications Systems aboard C-32, C-40, and C-37 Executive Aircraft.
• Provide expert troubleshooting guidance to onboard Communications Systems Operators during Mission Communications System anomalies and outages.
• Review web-based commercial SATCOM flight-monitoring tools and recommend improvements to GSOC flight-monitoring solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret security clearance at the time of award.
• Subject-matter expertise in the Mission Communications Systems of the C-32A, C-40B/C, and/or C-37A/B aircraft.
• Ability to provide on-site support at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, within a mission essential 24/7/365 operation.
• Applicable DoDM 8140.03 information assurance baseline certification requirements for contractor personnel.
