Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of management experience.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and regulatory acumen.

Responsibilities

• Set and manage GSIB portfolio supervisory strategy and program.
• Direct execution of the GSIB supervision program across multiple banks and Reserve Banks.
• Oversee GSIB portfolio operations, resources, and reporting.
• Coordinate information flow between Board and Reserve Banks; internal communications.
• Coach and mentor leaders; establish accountability and empower decision-making.
• Decide on GSIB strategy, plans, ratings, and other material issues with Deputy Director.
• Escalate supervisory matters to Deputy Director for Supervision.
• Engage with LFBO, RFBO, CBO, SSP portfolio directors for coordination.
• Represent the Federal Reserve at meetings, briefings, and public affairs events.
