Eggleston Services in Norfolk, VA is seeking a full-time Group Supported Employment Team Lead for Shredding to implement individualized training/service plans, enhance social and vocational skills, document vocational training for employees with disabilities, and support production activities, including job setup, productivity measurement, and equipment operation.

The position requires Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent education.
Experience in business production preferred.
Knowledge of a broad range of disabilities and best practices to support employment of individuals with disabilities.
Ability to conduct 1-on-1 or group training.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening required.
Proficient use of technology and information systems, including Microsoft 365.

Responsabilités

Develops and implements individualized employee training plans to improve social and vocational skills.
Documents daily attendance, hours worked, training, and production work in compliance with standards.
Meets production quotas and quality standards by managing production flow and monitoring quality.
Ensures safety procedures are followed and reports accidents or injuries.
Operates equipment and performs daily maintenance and safety checks.
Drives a van to transport individuals to team assignments in the community.
Collaborates with agencies, families, and others to tailor training plans.
Attends in-service training, meetings, and workshops as requested.
Other duties as assigned.
