Job summary

Qualifications

- Fluent bilingual English and Spanish required.
- Ability to operate, read, and troubleshoot PLC systems.
- Experience with heavy industrial shredders and conveyors preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly shredder maintenance and yard operations.
- Supervise recycling yard labor force and ensure safety.
- Monitor system gauges and prevent equipment damage.
- Inspect critical shredder components daily for readiness.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
- Respond to hazards and follow safety protocols.
