Alliance Ground International is seeking a GSE Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repair of ground support equipment to ensure safety, reliability, and operational readiness in a fast-paced airport environment.

The role requires strong leadership, cost awareness, and the ability to manage a diverse team of technicians and mechanics, implementing preventive maintenance, safety audits, and KPI reporting for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Aviation Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in GSE management or aviation operations.
• Strong knowledge of GSE maintenance, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage a diverse team.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily GSE operations to ensure equipment is available.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all GSE.
• Lead and develop a team of GSE technicians.
• Track KPIs and report performance to senior management.
