Job summary

ALVEST EQUIPMENT SERVICES (AES) is seeking a GSE Mechanic in Baltimore, MD. You will maintain and repair ground support equipment such as tow tractors and belt loaders, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years’ experience in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or HVAC systems.
• Diesel, automotive, or heavy equipment repair background.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and computer proficiency.
• Must provide own hand tools.
• Must be 18+, eligible to work in the U.S., and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Use MIS to document all repairs.
• Follow safety and regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA).
• Participate in continuous improvement and training opportunities.
