Job summary

DHL Express is seeking a qualified GSE Maintenance A3 Mechanic at our Erlanger, KY hub (CVG airport). You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on ground support equipment, handle daily scheduled work, and respond to urgent needs to support operations.

Must have a valid driver’s license, experience with diesel engines, HVAC, hydraulic and electrical systems, and be able to read schematics. CMMS experience a plus; teamwork and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Knowledge of service and repair of diesel powered equipment.
• Knowledge of service and repair of mobile HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of service and repair of hydraulic systems.
• Knowledge of service and repair of electrical systems.
• Ability to weld.
• Proficient in reading electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Able to work well individually and in a team setting.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on ground support equipment (GSE).
• Conduct daily scheduled work and urgent maintenance as operation requires.
• Utilize hand tools, electrical test equipment, and CMMS for diagnostics and repairs.
• Adhere to safety rules and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Communicate effectively about repairs and status of equipment.
• Operate a wide range of equipment and perform tool-related tasks.
