Job summary
Swissport is seeking a Fleet Mechanic Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of the Fleet shop in Denver, CO. You will guide maintenance staff, plan servicing, and ensure adherence to quality control standards and safety policies.
The role requires 1-3 years in GSE/Fleet maintenance, a valid driver's license, and a certification in heavy-duty/automotive mechanics. Maximo knowledge and travel ability are a plus. Competitive benefits and full-time hours offered.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years' GSE/Fleet Maintenance experience.
- Experience in a supervisory role.
- Valid driver's license.
- Certification of completion in Heavy duty/Commercial or Automotive mechanic license.
- Knowledge of Maximo.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shop operations and ensure safe, compliant maintenance of GSE fleet.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting to the maintenance staff.
- Coordinate repairs and servicing with minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain EPA compliance and environmental standards.
- Assist with inventory management and spare parts procurement.
