Job summary

Swissport International AG in Seattle, WA is seeking a Fleet Mechanic Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Fleet shop and guide maintenance staff with technical advice. You will plan vehicle maintenance, scheduling servicing, and emergency repairs to meet quality standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, 1-3 years of GSE/fleet maintenance experience, and a valid driver's license. Travel may be required, and certifications in heavy-duty/mechanical trades are favored.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of GSE/fleet maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to travel.
• Certification in heavy-duty/commercial or automotive mechanic trade.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations and ensure safety and quality.
• Provide technical guidance to maintenance staff.
• Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain EPA compliance and environmental procedures.
• Coordinate repairs with Ramp management to minimize disruption.
• Train GSE staff and provide training recommendations.
