Morningstar Buoy Haus Beach Resort in St. Thomas seeks a Guest Services Ambassador to welcome guests, coordinate concierge services, and ensure an exceptional beachfront stay.

You will deliver personalized service, guide guests to local attractions and dining options, arrange transportation, and collaborate with other departments to create a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Prefer 1+ year customer service experience in hotels
• Familiarity with local area and attractions
• Ability to anticipate guest needs, good problem solving skills, judgment and reasoning
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
• Strong computer skills
• Present confident and professional appearance

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and provide recommendations for local attractions and dining options
