Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Web Experience to lead the digital user experience across Shield AI’s audience journeys. You will maintain, optimize, and expand pages, collaborate with a web agency and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences that communicate Shield AI’s mission and products.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in web experience, digital experience, web production, UX/content strategy, or related field.
• HTML, CSS, design systems, or front-end development workflows.
• Excellent project management across multiple web updates, launches, and stakeholder requests.
• Experience with WordPress or a comparable CMS.
• Strong writing and content organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own UX and content journeys across Shield AI for key audiences.
• Maintain and improve existing pages for content accuracy and UX.
• Build new web pages and digital experiences with agency and internal teams.
• Translate campaign/product/recruiting goals into effective web experiences.
• Use WordPress to create, edit, QA, and publish content.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing, Communications, Creative, and Recruiting.
• Apply strong UX judgment to improve navigation and conversion paths.
• Use AI-enabled design and development workflows to accelerate production.
• Coordinate with agencies on web design, SEO, analytics, and improvements.
• Monitor web performance and user behavior to identify opportunities.
