Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a Senior UI Designer to lead the design evolution of the Shield AI website, establishing foundational systems and scalable experiences across corporate, product, campaign, and editorial content.

You will partner with brand, marketing, product, and development teams to translate complex autonomy and defense technology into intuitive web experiences, shaping a cohesive visual language and ensuring accessible, high-performing interfaces.

Qualifications

5+ years of UI, web, or digital product design with leadership of major website initiatives.
Portfolio demonstrating visual design, interface design, responsive web design, and design-system thinking.
Advanced proficiency in Figma including components, variants, auto layout, and designer handoff workflows.
Experience designing CMS-driven websites and scalable design systems.

Responsibilities

Lead UI design for the Shield AI website across core pages and microsites.
Define visual and interaction standards for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Create design systems, components, tokens, and documentation in Figma.
Collaborate with brand, marketing, product, and development teams to translate complex tech into intuitive web experiences.
Partner with developers for QA and implementation, ensuring accessibility and performance.
