Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Web Development, Digital Media, or related field.
• 5+ years of front-end web development experience.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Experience with BigCommerce, HubSpot CMS, or similar CMS.
• Experience with SEO, analytics, and accessibility standards.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the company's website and digital properties.

• Conduct A/B testing and recommendations based on performance data.
• Improve navigation, content structure, and customer experience across the site.
• Own implementation and maintenance of analytics and tracking systems.
• Configure Google Analytics, GTM, CMS tracking, and other marketing tech.
• Ensure accurate attribution and conversion tracking.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting to measure performance.
• Support integrations between website properties and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot issues impacting lead capture or data flow.
