Job summary

AIOS is building the world's first full-stack AI doctor and is seeking a Web Designer to own how our brands look and perform on the web. You will shape the offer, design pages, build them, and learn from results to improve conversion.

You will design landing pages, funnels, quizzes and onboarding flows across Bolt Pharmacy, Bolt Med and new markets, leaning on AI to design, build and test rapidly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing high-performing websites and landing pages.
• Strong understanding of what motivates people to convert and how hierarchy and copy shape decisions.
• Able to craft compelling USPs and value propositions for pages and campaigns.
• Comfortable moving designs into frontend code; Webflow experience is helpful but not essential.
• At the forefront of AI in design, building AI systems that scale output and adoption.
• Self-directed and proactive ownership from insight to live page.

Responsibilities

• Own web conversion end to end, from insight to live page.
• Design websites, landing pages, funnels and onboarding flows that drive action.
• Turn patient insights into strong value propositions and test which land.
• Translate data, CRO insights and founder input into high-converting designs.
• Move designs from Figma into frontend code yourself; utilize Webflow.
• Use AI to design, build and generate A/B tests and pages.
• Build scalable AI workflows, components and templates for a whole team.
• Ship fast and iterate based on results.
