Résumé du poste

AIOS is building the world's first full-stack AI doctor. As Web Designer at AIOS, you'll own how our brands look and perform on the web, and you'll own the outcome, not just the pixels. We expect you to do much more than design the website.

You'll find the insight, shape the offer, design the page, build it, ship it and learn from the results. You'll design landing pages, funnels, quizzes and onboarding flows across Bolt Pharmacy, Bolt Med and new markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing high-performing websites and landing pages.
• Strong understanding of what motivates people to convert, and how hierarchy, copy and friction shape a decision.
• Able to craft compelling USPs and value propositions, and put them on a page so they land.
• Comfort moving your own designs into frontend code. Webflow experience is helpful but not essential.
• AI-native: you already use AI in your day-to-day workflow and build AI systems that scale output.

Responsabilités

• Strategic ownership: Own the outcome, not the artefact. Shape what we build to improve conversion.
• High-converting web design: Design websites, landing pages, funnels and onboarding flows that drive action.
• Turn patient insights into compelling USPs and value propositions; test what lands.
• Turn data, CRO insights, and founder input into high-converting designs with autonomy.
• Use AI to design, build and run AB tests and landing pages; push for scalable design systems.
• Ship fast: move from idea to live test in days and iterate based on results.
