Theory LLC, a New York–based fashion company, seeks a Business Strategy Manager to partner with the Global CEO to identify key business challenges and drive strategic transformation. Based in New York, you will support growth initiatives and develop detailed strategic responses that enable complex change.

You should have 5–8 years in management consulting in retail/apparel, with strong analytical, presentation, and leadership abilities. International travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of management consulting experience in retail/apparel.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred but not required.
• Experience supporting program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and presenting results to senior leadership.
• Strategic thinker with strong research and analytical abilities and knowledge of consulting frameworks.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• International travel required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Global CEO to visualize and execute the business strategy for growth.
• Review operations at Brand Headquarters and develop strategic processes.
• Create structured, rigorous frameworks to solve complex problems and improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with department heads to strengthen customer engagement.
• Support data collection, analysis, and consolidation for executive reports.
• Navigate multiple workstreams with urgency and implement strategic initiatives.
