Job summary

CREO is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a team of consultants in delivering high-impact client solutions across M&A integration and enterprise transformation engagements. The role requires guiding performance, setting expectations, and developing strategic plans to achieve client satisfaction and revenue growth.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, build a strong consulting culture, and manage client relationships from initial proposals to final deliverables.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience including 5+ years as a manager in consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Masters or equivalent post graduate degree (or post-graduate degree in process) preferred.
• Proven track record in business development, cultivating relationships with both existing and new clients.
• Extensive experience in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, managing, and developing individual staff members.
• Strong ability to build and lead high-performing teams delivering outstanding results.
• Demonstrated leadership fostering a team culture with work ethic, curiosity, and client service.
• Experience with ERP and other enterprise systems implementations and integrations.
• High emotional intelligence for managing diverse teams and client interactions.
• Exceptional communication skills for presentations and reports.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants to ensure exceptional client support and services.
• Independently lead complex M&A integration and enterprise transformation engagements.
• Manage performance, set expectations, and develop strategic plans for client satisfaction.
• Drive efficiency, improve revenue, and lead recruitment, hiring, and staff training.
• Foster business development by cultivating relationships with new and existing clients.
• Ensure engagements align with the Statement of Work and meet budget and quality standards.
• Oversee client deliverables and manage projects to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
