You will promote insurance and financial services, attend community events and social channels, and help shape our agency's public image while developing your sales career within a supportive team. Training and development are provided to enhance product knowledge and dialing techniques.

Qualifications

• Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic understanding of insurance products or willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads.
• Professional telephone manner and client-facing professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
