OnePay, a consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans, seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to own the growth roadmap and coordinate MarTech, data, and engineering efforts. You will ensure launches are tested, data flows are reliable, and attribution is accurate across CDP, ad platforms, and analytics.

Bring 8+ years of program management in growth or martech, SQL skills, and a proven track record of cross-functional leadership on remote-first teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management supporting growth, martech or data teams.
• Hands-on time with a customer data platform connected to several ad platforms.
• Experience with a mobile measurement partner and attribution concepts.
• Experience doing testing and QA with engineers on tracking or integration launches.
• You write SQL and pull your own numbers.
• A track record of running programs across engineering, design, data and marketing.
• Good judgment on priorities, and comfortable working asynchronously on a remote-first team.

Responsabilités

• Own the growth roadmap. Turn requests from marketing, paid media and product into scoped tickets with clear owners and dates.
• Lead testing and QA with the MarTech and growth engineers; write test plans and verify changes in staging and on test devices.
• Keep data flowing into paid media; manage CDP destinations, audience syncs, reverse ETL and server-side events.
• Own relationships with mobile measurement partners; debug attribution problems and manage integrations.
• Keep tracking specs consistent across app, website, CDP and web analytics; investigate mismatched numbers.
• Run SDK upgrades, attribution migrations and vendor onboarding through cutover.
• Support paid and acquisition work across search, social, app-install networks and affiliates.
• Bring Privacy and Legal in early to address consent and data-sharing limits.
