Job summary

OnePay is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to own the growth roadmap across MarTech and data platforms. You will ensure launches are properly tested, data flows are intact, and attribution remains trustworthy across mobile and web customers.

You will collaborate with engineering, data, and marketing teams in a remote-friendly US environment, driving clear specs, status updates, and decisions.

Qualifications

• Eight-plus years in technical program management or related field.
• Hands-on with customer data platforms connected to ad platforms, mapped events, and audience syncing.
• Experience with mobile measurement partners and attribution concepts (ATT, SKAdNetwork, view-through vs click-through).
• Proven testing/QA experience with tracking or integration launches; include test plans and regression checks.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the growth roadmap with clear tickets, owners, and dates.
• Lead testing and QA with MarTech and growth engineers; verify changes in staging and on devices.
• Maintain data flow to paid media; manage CDP destinations, audience syncs, and schema integrity.
• Manage SDK upgrades, attribution migrations, and vendor onboarding end-to-end.
• Coordinate privacy, consent, data sharing limits early in planning to avoid launch surprises.
• Support paid and acquisition work across search, social, app-install networks, and affiliates.
