Homa is expanding its growth leadership to drive live portfolio performance across its mobile games. You will own growth strategies, manage a small Growth team, and collaborate with Monetization and Product to test, scale, and optimize campaigns.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cross-team collaboration, and an AI-native mindset to push for better ROI while maintaining a fast, creative approach in Europe’s vibrant mobile gaming scene.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in growth, UA, or performance marketing.
• Proven ability to work across Product, Monetization, and Data teams.
• Strong data-driven decision making and ROI focus.
• Ability to lead a small team and mentor juniors.
• Familiarity with AI tools to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own live portfolio growth and ROI improvement through tests and optimizations.
• Lead 2–3 junior Growth Specialists, set expectations and develop their skills.
• Collaborate with Monetization and Product to align priorities and tests.
• Identify and prioritize ad networks and models for different game stages.
• Use AI to analyze data, automate processes, and improve efficiency.
