Job summary

Travelers is seeking an experienced product leader to drive strategy, go-to-market plans, and agile execution across business lines in the financial services space. You will influence senior stakeholders to align initiatives with financial objectives and regulatory requirements.

You will oversee market, competitor, and customer research, identify new products or partnerships, and guide the design, development, and rollout of solutions.

Qualifications

• Six years of product development experience in financial services.
• One year people management experience.
• Insurance product knowledge: underwriting, coverage, rules, forms, regulatory environment, pricing/filing.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of product strategies and actions with stakeholders.
• Oversee market, competitor, and consumer research to identify new products or enhancements.
• Manage design, development, and rollout of system and process solutions aligned with the strategy.
• Identify and test new products, markets, or partnerships with stakeholders and vendors.
• Lead a team through product enhancement work including launch plans and rollout.
