Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, product, or related field.
• Fast, flexible and outcomes-oriented with rapid cycles of analysis, decision, and action.
• Strong data-based reasoning and ability to derive clear conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Develop actionable strategies by integrating market understanding, user insights and product vision.
• Sprint to assess opportunities and markets across problem space, hypothesis, research and iteration.
• Lead with data, structure and judgment; establish success metrics and trade-offs between priorities.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, data science and finance.
• Learn and grow by delivering high-level strategy work with colleagues across disciplines.
