Duolingo seeks a Vice President of Product for Growth and Monetization to lead the largest product organization, owning DAUs and revenue with a focus on sustainable growth. Qualifications

• Executive leadership in a consumer-tech product org with measurable impact on DAUs or revenue.
• Proven ability to lead managers of managers and develop senior product leaders.
• Experience guiding through organizational changes and faster execution.
• Strong cross-functional alignment across Product, Eng, Design, Data, Marketing.
• Deep fluency in growth and monetization for freemium and subscription products, grounded in experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own DAUs and revenue targets; deliver against forecast.
• Manage pillar leads overseeing Growth and Monetization (org of ~20 PMs).
• Coach and develop senior product leaders across the org.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to make clear tradeoffs and ship quickly.
• Build world-class operating mechanisms: north star metrics, planning rituals, rigorous A/B testing.
• Allocate resources across Growth and Monetization to balance optimization with big swings.
• Serve as the executive voice for Growth and Monetization with progress, risks, and plans.
