Job summary

Cooper Machinery Services LLC is seeking a Business Development & Growth Analyst (Finance) to connect market insights with strategy. You will study market trends, size up competitors, and partner with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to identify growth opportunities.

You’ll build MEKKO charts, present findings to stakeholders, and inform forecast development through data analysis for proactive planning and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, strategy, or a similar analytical role.
• Proficient with MEKKO charts and other analytical tools.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data-driven market analysis to spot growth opportunities and gauge competitive position.
• Partner with stakeholders and regional team to sharpen market analysis.
• Act as strategic partner to sales, sharing market insights to sharpen targeting.
• Use CRM to run monthly performance reviews of account managers against KPIs.
